About me
I will meet you first and foremost as a fellow human being, creating a secure and confidential environment where you can freely explore your challenges at your own pace. Together, we can work toward understanding your situation and empowering you to create positive changes in your life.
While I work effectively with individuals from all walks of life, I have found a particular calling in supporting males. I recognise that some men may find it challenging to access or express their emotions, and I take pride in creating a space where these feelings can be safely explored. To support this, I often use creative techniques in therapy, such as using art-based activities, which can help uncover and express emotions that may feel difficult to articulate in words.
My goal is to foster a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth, emphasising the importance of genuine connection. I want to ensure that you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your journey toward healing and personal development.
Using an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, I draw on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Transactional Analysis. Central to my practice is the development of a strong bond of trust, which I believe is essential for effective therapy.
Whether you prefer a structured series of sessions over a fixed period or an ongoing, open-ended approach, I am here to support you on your path toward personal growth and well-being. If you’re ready to explore how therapy can support your journey, I would be honoured to walk alongside you. Reach out today to take the first step.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
