About me

I offer a warm, encouraging, and informal space for you to share, explore, and work through any difficulties or challenges you may be experiencing. I work in a values focused manner concentrating on our collaboration and connection. My aim is to work with integrity and curiosity to develop an understanding of what it feels like to be you. This enables me to compassionately support you to explore and process any blocks preventing you from living the best version of life for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an experienced BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, ACT therapist, and COSCA Accredited Tutor. I support people of all ages and backgrounds experiencing emotional distress. This can show up as anxiety, panic, low mood, OCD, emotional burnout, self-esteem/worth issues, stress, guilt, grief, and more. I also have extensive experience of working with the student population supporting them to manage the complexities of life alongside the pressures of study.
