About me

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, and patterns of worry, avoidance, and overthinking that feel difficult to shift. Many clients present as high-functioning but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or caught in unhelpful cycles. My work focuses on understanding the interaction between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviours, and how these patterns are maintained over time. Together, we identify what is keeping difficulties going and develop practical, evidence-based strategies to create change. CBT is at the core of my approach, helping clients reduce avoidance.

I work with adults using CBT and EMDR across a broad range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, complex pain, and long-term health conditions. I help clients make sense of what they are experiencing and develop practical ways to reduce distress and move forward.

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by managing things alone, you’re not alone. I offer CBT and EMDR to help adults make sense of anxiety, trauma, low mood, complex pain, and long-term health conditions. Therapy is collaborative and supportive, helping you reduce distress, break patterns, and rebuild a sense of control in your life.
