About me
If you are experiencing emotional difficulty, feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, feeling low or stuck emotionally, struggling in your career or relationships – It’s important to recognise that your responses to present events are based in your emotional wellbeing and it may be important to find an outlet that allows you to be open and honest about your struggles and I offer a space for this.
Therapy allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings, improve your self-awareness, overcome social and emotional challenges, and provides opportunities to fulfil your potential.
My offer:
I offer short or long term therapy, online or in person. I have a therapy room in Bolton and Chorlton/offer online therapy. I will facilitate flexibility as much as I can and my work times vary.

Within my practice I draw on a variety of approaches to create a therapeutic experience that is tailored to meet your individual needs.
I am compassionate and committed to providing a safe and accepting space where you can express your feelings and process them, within a supportive and trusted therapeutic relationship. Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I offer a free initial 20-30 minute telephone consultation. Within this time we have the opportunity to discuss what you are searching for and if what i offer is right for you. We can then arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet (either online or in person).
Within the first therapy session we will complete introductory paperwork. The focus of our initial meeting is to provide information about the service I provide and to gain an understanding of your needs and wants from therapy.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or want to make an appointment and I assure you that I will always respond when you contact me at the soonest possible opportunity.
