About me

I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children, young people, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood and difficulties coping.

Whether you're feeling low, worried, repeating unhelpful patterns of the past, or going through a difficult period I'm your life, I can offer a space where we can work together towards change.

I aim to work in an integrative way using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and systemic informed approaches to ensure that the therapeutic approach is a good fit for the clients I work with.

I prioritise a client-centred approach, putting the stories and experiences of my clients at the heart of the work.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation so please do get in touch to explore whether I’m the right fit for you.

I am an HCPC Registered qualified Clinical Psychologist. My professional qualifications include:

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
