About me
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying too much on your own? Are you looking for somewhere you can talk openly and be properly heard? I offer counselling for young people and adults that focuses on real-life struggles, not perfect textbook solutions. I don’t believe in quick fixes or telling you how you should feel. I work alongside you to help you understand what you are carrying, reconnect with who you are, and find ways to move through life’s difficulties with more support and clarity.
I use an integrative person-centred and psychodynamic approach, which just means I draw from different counselling methods, tailoring our sessions to what feels right for you. Sometimes that means focusing on understanding your past and relationships, and other times it might be about ways to manage stress or anxiety in your day-to-day life.
Counselling can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you with curiosity, kindness, and care. You don’t have to be at crisis point to deserve support, reach out today.
