About me

Navigating today's world can feel overwhelming and challenging. It’s common to experience feelings of insecurity, anxiety, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm. If you find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling stuck in unfulfilling patterns, please know that you're not alone, and support is available.

I'm Georgia, a qualified therapist and coach with a decade of experience in mental health care. I specialise in working with adults who may appear to be managing on the outside, but underneath, they feel unfulfilled, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients struggle with unresolved emotions, challenging relationships, and a desire to feel more confident, peaceful, and secure in themselves and their lives.

I offer both integrative therapy and empowerment coaching, tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs. Therapy provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, process past experiences, heal emotional wounds, and build emotional resilience. Coaching, on the other hand, helps you set meaningful goals, overcome limiting beliefs, and create a life aligned with your true desires. If you're unsure which path would be most beneficial, we’ll explore that together.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. While I bring knowledge and experience, I believe that you are the expert in you and your own life. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, break free from old patterns, and foster the changes that matter most to you.

If you’re ready to feel more at peace with yourself and your relationships, I’d be honored to support you. Reach out to book a free consultation or ask any questions you may have.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BACP Approved Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology. I have specialised training in empowerment and purpose coaching, trauma-informed practices, and working with eating disorders.

During my career, I have worked as a counsellor for a charity, senior empowerment coach for an international coaching business, women's recovery coach at a specialised clinic for women with trauma and eating disorders, assistant psychologist for an NHS, and a therapeutic support worker in a children and young adult psychiatric eating disorder unit.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I have led numerous group sessions, workshops, and international retreats. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to explore, heal, and achieve lasting change.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
