About me

There are times in life when things can feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to make sense of. I offer support to both adults and young people navigating moments of change, challenge, or uncertainty.

Before starting private practice, I worked within an NHS eating disorder service, supporting people with complex relationships with food, body image, and self-worth. I later worked with the mental health charity Place2Be, offering therapeutic support to young people in schools.

I work with a range of issues, offering a warm, relational space where experiences can be explored with compassion and curiosity.

My approach blends talking therapy with creative work, offered in a flexible and gentle way and guided by what feels most helpful for you. Some people prefer to talk things through, while others find that words are not always enough. Where helpful, creativity can support the exploration and understanding of thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, whether for yourself or your young person. Taking that first step is often the hardest, and finding the right therapist matters.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation, where we can talk through what has brought you here and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
