I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore these struggles, unlock your inner strengths, and begin a journey toward emotional well-being.
My Approach
I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, which means I don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. I tailor our work to your specific needs, drawing on various therapeutic techniques to help you move forward with clarity. I am particularly passionate about working with men who may appear strong on the outside but are struggling internally with anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma.
I offer a variety of ways to work together, depending on what feels most comfortable for you:
- Room-Based Therapy: I provide traditional face-to-face sessions in a calm, private, and grounding environment in Milton-under-Wychwood. This dedicated space offers a consistent "anchor" for our work, allowing you to step away from the distractions of daily life and focus entirely on your healing.
- Walk and Talk Therapy: We can take our sessions outdoors into the beautiful landscape of West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Moving in nature can often lower the pressure of a traditional room, allowing thoughts and feelings to flow more naturally.
- Holistic Integration: For those seeking a more somatic or mindful approach, I integrate Mindfulness and Reiki Healing to help restore balance to both the mind and body.
