About me
Fully qualified Counsellor and Accredited member with the National Counselling Society. I offer long term and short term therapy for individuals and couples using:
- CBT (Cognitive and behavioural therapies)
- Humanistic Therapies - Person-centred counselling
- Other therapies - Integrative
As your counsellor I will listen to you and help you to get in touch with your feelings and support you.
I trained as a psychodynamic counsellor and have worked with clients of all ages, including teenagers and young people.
I have extensive experience working with couples and helping them deal with any difficulties they may face.
I am an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist, who draws from a range of counselling techniques and traditions in order to ensure that my clients benefit from an approach that is designed to meet their individual needs.
I believe in offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental place and work closely with each individual to support them in identifying areas of their lives that they would like to change. Together we would work at the client's pace.
