About me
Hello there and thanks for stopping by.
There can be many times in our lives where we lose sight of who we are, whether this is due to various outside influences, or we come to the natural conclusion of the path we were following.
Having been through several situations in life that have challenged me, I was lucky enough to have the support of a Counsellor. They gave me the space and time to sort through the whirling thoughts in my head and held me emotionally while I was at my lowest.
And this is what I want to offer you as well. A safe space to let down any barriers you've been holding, a place to take off the mask we use to protect ourselves and a space where we can explore together what has brought you to seek counselling.
A space where you can finally let out that breath you've been holding.
I’m a qualified humanistic integrative counsellor, who uses various modalities to create bespoke therapeutic relationships. I can offer you a therapeutic relationship that’s empathic, genuine and an acceptance of who you are, who you were and who you can become.
Welcome to Fred’s Shed, a cosy and light space ready to welcome you when you feel ready.
