About me
Navigating through life can often leave us feeling overwhelmed, with the future appearing uncertain and daunting. It is not uncommon to experience anxiety, stress, or depression during these challenging times. In these moments, engaging in a therapeutic process can provide a safe space for exploration, reflection, and understanding. Speaking with someone who is impartial can illuminate new perspectives and help you make sense of your experiences.
As a qualified Psychotherapist and Transactional Analysis Analyst, I draw upon a rich therapeutic concept from TA, integrating various modalities such as psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, integrative approaches, and person-cantered techniques. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor our work to meet your unique needs.
I offer support to adults, teenagers, and couples through individual and group sessions. I am available online, in-person, or via telephone. Whether you seek long-term therapy or short-term support, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey.
My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, compassion, authenticity, and a non-judgmental attitude. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel truly heard and respected. Together, we will foster acceptance and facilitate meaningful change.
I work with a diverse range of challenges, including various forms of anxiety, eating disorder, body dysmorphia, diversity/difference, childhood trauma, stress, PTSD, depression, and the aftermath of abuse—whether it be domestic violence, sexual assault, and addiction.
The effects of such experiences can be profound, and my goal is to help you navigate through the trauma, explore your options, rediscover your sense of self, and move forward with hope and resilience.
In our sessions, we will focus on what is most important to you, emphasizing the present moment. By helping you gain fresh insights and understanding, I will share strategies that empower you to navigate life's complexities. Together, we will uncover the root of your challenges and work at a pace that feels right for you, fostering growth and healing along the way.
Please email/call me to set up an initial consultation if needed, and I’m more than happy to answer any questions.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
