BA Humanistic Counselling, Trauma informed

About me

Quirky Donkey Counselling is a relaxed and informal service suitable for counselling trauma, especially CPTSD.

I have found clients regularly bringing trauma to me for counselling without knowing that I have struggled with CPTSD.

Having won through to acceptance myself I'm glad to work alongside others on their journey through PTSD.

I'm happy to work with other issues you may wish to bring, and have worked much with neurodiversity, ASD and ADHD.

Find me on quirkydonkeycounselling.simdif.com

A phone call to talk about what you'd like to bring to counselling and to see if you think you'd like to work with me is free of charge.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a degree in Humanistic Counselling from Chichester University and have completed 300 hours of counselling. Since completing the degree in 2025 I've been counselling from my home in Littlehampton, West Sussex. I also do online counselling.
