About me
Are you bottling it all up - shame, fear, sadness?
Talking about mental wellbeing, sexual health, and relationships can feel taboo, but you don’t have to tackle it alone. I'm here to offer a non-judgmental space to talk, process, and move forward - at your pace, in your way.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting adults dealing with low mood, anxiety disorders (health anxiety, panic, OCD), and a range of other challenges. I have particular expertise in working with sexual health diagnoses like HIV and genital herpes, and other issues related to shame and stigma.
Early sessions focus on building a shared understanding of your difficulties, while later sessions are tailored towards your individual goals. My clients report valuing non-judgmental support to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
My approach is always tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, systemic therapy, and psychosexual therapy. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, and I’m passionate about creating space where all aspects of your identity - including gender and sexuality - are respected and supported.
I offer sessions on Mondays and Fridays, either online or in-person in Brockley, SE London.
Are you ready to talk? I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. Just send me an email to get started.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have 8 years experience of working across many different mental health settings. I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London, and completed additional training in cognitive-behavioural therapy and EMDR.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
