About me
I specialise in Anxiety related issues. This can be anything from relationships to work, something from your past or something happening now like social, stress, burnout or health concerns or a fear. It can be a one off anxiety, like starting a new job, getting married or divorced or just something new going on in your life.
Anxiety is not a simple beast - it affects our body not just our mind. For instance Insomnia, not being able to sleep, is a big area of anxiety which I specialise in also.
We can feel anxious and not really know why. For me Anxiety is a message and our sessions find out that often buried 'why'.
Interesting specialities are also that I help people in wintertime with Seasonal Affective Disorder and recently many people are asking for support in coming off AntiDepressants and want alternatives. I can really help here.
I always offer a complimentary initial call. So call me!

I have been a therapist for many years, with various trainings over those years too - consequently I would say my best qualification is my experience. I adapt to the style you need not the other way around.
Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
