About us
Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile.
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering a warm, reflective, and compassionate space where feelings and experiences can be safely explored at your own pace. My approach is grounded in curiosity, respect, and the belief that meaningful change begins when we feel seen and understood.
I have extensive experience working with children and young people, including those who are adopted or in care, and those living with autism, learning differences, or emotional and behavioural difficulties. My work often involves supporting children and families through bereavement, loss, attachment difficulties, and transitions.
During my MA training, I developed a special interest in psychotherapeutic work with migrants and refugees, particularly in helping children and families who have experienced displacement, separation, and identity loss. I speak English, Lithuanian, and Russian, which allows me to connect with clients across different cultures and backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding.
I believe therapy offers a gentle space to make sense of one’s story - to recognise both the pain and the potential for growth that live within it. My aim is to work collaboratively and at your own rhythm, helping you to feel more grounded, connected, and able to trust your inner strength. Together we can explore what feels difficult, make sense of past experiences, and create space for new ways of being and relating.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
