About me

I am a fully qualified and insured psychotherapeutic counsellor offering therapies for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, self-esteem or confidence problems, etc. in English and Hungarian.  As an integrative therapist when working with you I draw on loads of different modalities and tailor the sessions just for you. I will provide you with the right conditions in order to build a solid therapeutic relationship between us and I will be listening to you in a non-judgemental manner, and you will be heard. I will always welcome you in a warm and empathetic environment where you can feel safe and comfortable.

I truly believe that everyone deserves sound mental health, but sometimes life can provide so many challenges that you may end up feeling out of control, anxious or miserable, unsure which way to turn. You are welcome to talk through your experiences and feelings and be listened to in a non-judgemental, open, and empathetic manner. We will work together to develop an understanding of all you have been through and work on processing these experiences within yourself.

Please do not hesitate to get in contact when the time feels right for you to take the next step.
