About us
● Do weekly therapy sessions make you feel impatient? Are you ready to work at a faster pace to accelerate your recovery?
● We offer emotional intensive therapy to adults and young people both individually and in relationships. But what might you expect from intensive therapy?
● First, a focused and personalised approach to therapy.
● During intensive therapy, you can engage in multiple therapy sessions each day, allowing for a more in-depth exploration of underlying issues and challenges. The concentrated nature of these sessions increases the ability to make significant progress in a shorter period compared to traditional weekly therapy sessions.
● Furthermore, you can expect a high level of support and guidance from the therapist, who will be skilled in creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therefore, speeding up the process of gaining valuable insights, learning coping strategies, and developing new skills to support mental and emotional well-being.
● Your therapist will want to undertake a comprehensive assessment to understand your goals for the therapy and for you to explore together the questions that arise when thinking about whether an intensive arrangement will be helpful.
● Generally, an Intensive therapy program can condense your treatment into a shorter time frame because you are not spending 5-10 minutes checking in at the beginning of each session, addressing new concerns that have come up between sessions, or focusing on coping skills that may not even be needed after the Intensive.
● Once you book and pay for your assessment you will be allocated a therapist. They will contact you and book a date and time suitable to complete your assessment which will last about 45 mins. This assessment costs £50 and is payable in advance.
● From here you will decide what therapy intensive option works best for you.

● Online therapy is the perfect fit for your needs for flexibility and convenience.
● All you need is an internet connection and a device that allows for video calling. You will be sent a secure link to follow to log into your sessions remotely. Your therapist will be in a dedicated closed door therapy room or office and will always be alone. This always ensures your privacy and confidentiality.
● All our therapists are trained and experienced in online therapy and well-versed in adapting in-person approaches to therapy online and taking extra precautions in confidentiality and security concerns.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
