About me
My name is Emma Woo and I am a person-centred counsellor. That means I work in a non-directive way to help my clients make the changes they want and explore issues in a way that makes sense to them.
I welcome LGBTQ+ clients as well as those from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds to me. I am actively exploring ways of making my practice more inclusive and welcoming.
I am able to work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, abuse, disordered eating and bereavement.
I'm currently working over Zoom and face to face according to my clients' preference. Please do get in touch if you would like to discuss the possibility of phone therapy if being on a screen or going out is a problem for you.
