About me
I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) & the Foundation for Psychotherapy & Counselling (FPC).
I see adults for once weekly 50 minute psychotherapy sessions, either in-person or online, where I provide a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental and confidential setting.
As a dedicated therapist, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with empathy, compassion and evidence-based practices to help nurture understanding and awareness.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on various therapeutic techniques, with a focus on psychodynamic therapy, to guide our work.
Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences and unconscious processes may be influencing your present life and we will work through difficult emotions, unresolved conflicts, and patterns that may be holding you back.
With years of experience in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, my commitment is to help you achieve greater emotional well-being and a deeper understanding of yourself, through gaining insight and making meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Ultimately, the goal is not just to relieve symptoms but to enable you to navigate life with greater emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger, more integrated sense of self.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
