About me

Hi there, I am a qualified counsellor working in Dorset. I offer face to face therapy for local clients, as well as online and telephone counselling for clients across the country.

I specialise in supporting individuals in families in crisis:

Like families of victims of abuse and families of perpatrators. I worked for the charity specialising in this area and have gained experience and training to support individual family members in these areas.

Or people feeling overwhelmed by supporting others in their family who may have a long term illness. I work with a charity to support carers who are carrying a load and need a safe space.

Sometimes its a stressful job leaving you feeling overwhelmed, I have worked for years supporting people to manage work place stress.

Relationship problems can leave you feeling anxious and overwhelmed I work with couples to support change.

I also work with young people and use a variety of creative techniques to help young people express their feelings. I have over 17 years experience working with young people within the education system. I have also worked for a charity supporting young people through grief.

Please get in touch to see if I can be the right person to support you.
