About me
Hi there, I am a qualified counsellor working in Poole, Dorset. I offer face to face therapy for local clients, as well as online and telephone counselling for clients across the country.
I can offer you a warm welcoming safe space. I will not judge what you tell me, and you can share whatever you need to. I can offer you support to manage difficult experiences and feelings and ways to cope and move forward.
I specialise in Anxiety and will help you to explore where it comes from and how to effectively manage it and prevent it from impacting your life in a negative way.
I will go at your pace and can offer flexible sessions to suit your needs. You can have as many sessions as you would like.
