About me

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor and qualified psychotherapist with 7 years of experience working with clients both privately and NHS Talking Therapies and GamCare. I have a particular interest in trauma, long term conditions and chronic pain, but work with a range of issues.

There are many reasons for entering therapy.  Perhaps you have experienced a major life event such as a bereavement, illness or other trauma.  Or you have noticed patterns in your life and are wondering, how did I end up here again?

It could be that you have noticed that the way you approach relationships or handle situations just isn't working anymore and you can't help thinking, maybe there's another way?

Whatever your reasons, if you are ready to explore your experiences to understand yourself to live a more fulfilling life then I am ready to work with you. Please contact me to arrange a free initial consultation to find out more.
