About me
Support for life’s challenges – from anxiety and loss to relationship and personal difficulties. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply too heavy to carry alone. Therapy offers you the space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
In a calm and confidential setting, you’ll be met with warmth, respect and without judgement. You can speak openly, at your own pace, about whatever feels important — knowing you will be genuinely heard and understood.
You remain at the heart of the process. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that helps you gain clarity, deepen self-understanding and move towards meaningful, positive change. Alongside compassionate support, you may also experience gentle guidance where helpful, always shaped around your individual needs and goals.
Therapy isn’t about being told what to do — it’s about discovering your own strengths, insights and capacity for growth, with the right support beside you.
While therapy provides space to process thoughts and emotions, it can also be practical and forward-looking. Together, we can identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and focus on realistic, achievable steps that support growth and resilience.
I am committed to building a professional and trusting therapeutic relationship that supports you not only in understanding your experiences but in finding constructive ways to move forward.
I work with adults, including professionals and neurodivergent clients, and have a particular interest in supporting those navigating the pressures of work, life, and relationships. With a background in the corporate world, I bring many years of experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting people through times of change and challenge. I understand first-hand the impact that stress, burnout, and imbalance can have on our wellbeing.
I’m especially skilled in helping clients manage anxiety, stress, grief, and loss, and I welcome you to reach out if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I appreciate how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. To help with this, I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone conversation to get to know each other a little and see whether working together feels like the right fit. During this time, we can gently explore what has brought you to seek support and what you hope to gain from the process, so that we can work together towards creating meaningful and positive change.

Areas of Special Focus
- Work-related stress & burnout - helping my clients to set boundaries, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves outside their professional identity.
- Life transitions - supporting clients through big changes like parenthood, divorce, career shifts, or midlife challenges.
- ADHD and neurodivergence - I understand and have lived experience that helps me to relate to neurodivergent clients. Working together, we can adapt sessions, using creative approaches and flexing the approach to our sessions.
In our sessions, I’ll offer a supportive and collaborative space where we can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. I won’t rush or push you, and I’ll always respect your unique experience. Together, we can build a greater sense of clarity, self-understanding, and confidence to make meaningful changes.
Clients come to me for many different reasons, feeling anxious or low, struggling with a difficult relationship, experiencing a loss, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Whatever brings you here, we can work together to make sense of it.
My own journey through the ups and downs of life and seeing the power of being truly heard inspired me to become a counsellor. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe enough to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
