About me

I have always had a curiosity with relationships and how we as humans interact with each other. This continued into my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and then with my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Using a range of methodologies I will keep you, the client, at the heart of the sessions, providing a safe and confidential space to explore what is going on for you at the moment, your thoughts, feelings and anything else that you feel is having a negative impact on your life.

This may be a difficult process and will mean sitting with some uncomfortable feelings, but I will be alongside you in your journey offering an empathetic ear and the chance to explore those feelings without judgement.

I have worked with a range of clients with The Mix and Humankind charity, alongside over 8 years of working in support roles.
