About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and I help people experiencing depression and anxiety disorders to make positive change in the here and now. I hope to provide you with a safe, warm and confidential space to explore your difficulties and work towards your goals. Perhaps you are struggling with worry, catastrophic thinking, low self-esteem, avoidance, procrastination, feeling low or know things just don't feel right. Are these things stopping you from enjoying life, or living how you want to? If you feel ready to make a positive change, I would love to hear from you.
