About me
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor who works in a way that genuinely fits your individual needs. My practice is rooted in a person‑centred, pluralistic approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods including talk therapy, psychodynamic work, CBT, mindfulness and breathwork. Because no two people are the same, having access to multiple ways of working allows me to tailor our sessions so you receive support that truly serves you. I offer a safe, non‑judgemental space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy, and I listen with compassion, empathy and positive regard. As a registered member of the NSCP, I work in line with their ethical frameworks, which guide and underpin my practice.
While I support clients with a wide range of concerns, I specialise in Trauma and PTSD, having completed extensive CPD in these areas. I also frequently work with related issues such as anxiety, depression and addiction, which often accompany trauma and can be treated effectively with the right support. My additional areas of interest include grief and loss, childhood and domestic abuse, relationship difficulties and betrayal, and eating disorders.
