Hello, thank you for looking at my profile. I am a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, and nurse with over 20 years experience in the medical profession. Feeling the pressure from life at the moment? I practise one to one therapy in a safe environment as instructed by the covid 19 health guidelines, also online video conferencing if required.
I provide affordable counselling to help you deal and overcome whatever your issue may be and to accomplish your goals. Counselling can also help improve your general well being and make you feel better mentally and physically and also make positive changes in the way you think and feel about yourself.
I tailor each session to your needs, so that you will have time and space to talk in confidence. It is a completely safe environment and you are always in control. It is important for you to feel comfortable with me, so for that reason, the first meeting is for me to find out about you and to assess how I can help you tackle your issues and get an idea of how many sessions are needed. Also, for you to ask any questions you may have about the forthcoming sessions.
