About me

Hello and a very warm welcome to my profile page. I am a psychotherapist and counsellor with 20 years experience and I am very passionate about helping people and feel very fortunate and priviledged to do this kind of work. I offer a very warm and friendly service,as I appreciate it can be a huge step to contact a therapist for the first time. Although I have over the years worked with all kinds of issues, I feel drawn to work in the areas of anxiety, depression and relationships.I also worked in the corporate world for many years and so have lots of experience of dealing with stress and the pressures of life in this arena. My initial five year training was in Transpersonal Psychotherapy which means I can incorporate the spiritual aspect into our therapy work for those that might be looking for and asking the bigger questions in life and wondering what's it all about?
Although we never stop learning in this field I have undergone further training from the National Centre for Eating Disorders, the school of Energy Psychology, Imago Relationship Counselling and Coherence Therapy.

I am a qualified Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I therefore believe that I offer a truely unique and holistic service to all my clients that incorporates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Please either call or email me if you have any questions. My website has more details about how I work and I look forward to meeting you soon.
