I draw on a variety of approaches to provide the best experience for each individual client with a person-centred approach as foundation of my work because you know the best and me focusing on what would it be like to understand your anxiety? By brining Gestalt would help to understand how past experience impacting your present time,  TA- Transactional  Analysis will enhanced your understanding and build a positive relationship with self and others with element of CBT would identify the root causing of your anxiety and enable to reduce its power by reconnecting your mind with your thoughts, feelings and your physical response to those feelings so you can become a more wholesome you that you can live your life with it rather than be governed by- all this approaches only would be introduced in approapriate time following your pace to maintain ethics and safe space.

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life because it's a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. it's affect our lives on a daily basis. I firmly believe that every person is beautifully unique, special and has inner potential to reach high goal and be whatever they feel right, at their own pace.  I am non-judgemental and respectful, taking great care by creating a space that you feel comfortable to express yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings of what is impacting your life – to see issues through your eyes.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
