About me
Online psychotherapy for adults who look fine on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or worn down underneath
Many of the people I work with look like they are coping on the outside, but inside feel anxious, tense, or worn down. Maybe your mind never switches off. Maybe you feel guilty for resting. Maybe you have been pushing through for so long that now everything feels heavy. Here, you do not have to hold it all together.
I work with adults who are living with anxiety, high functioning anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, low mood, self criticism, people pleasing, and the effects of difficult experiences. Some come feeling stuck between labels. Some are carrying a quiet sense that they are not okay, even though life looks fine from the outside. Sessions give us space to slow things down, make sense of what has been happening, and notice what you have had to carry for too long.
My approach is integrative, trauma informed, and mindfulness based. In simple terms, I use different therapeutic tools depending on you as a person, and we move at a pace that feels manageable. I offer online therapy in English and Romanian for adults across the UK.
If you are unsure about starting therapy, you are welcome to book a free 30 minute online consultation. It is a chance to talk through what is going on, ask questions, and get a feel for whether working together feels right.
I work fully online, so there is no travel and no waiting room. Sessions take place by secure video or phone from a private space where you feel comfortable. We agree the pace together and review things regularly so therapy feels manageable rather than like one more thing to push through.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Chartered Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience across the UK and Romania. My work is grounded in trauma informed and mindfulness based practice, with a strong focus on helping adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or hard on themselves.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I work fully online, so there is no waiting room or travel – just a private, secure video or phone session from wherever you feel most comfortable. We agree the pace together and review regularly so therapy feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
Alongside my core training, I have completed additional CPD in trauma-informed practice, anxiety and stress, emotional regulation, and mindfulness-based approaches. This helps me support people who feel anxious, low or overstretched in a steady and compassionate way.
