About me
As a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the NHS, I am deeply committed to supporting adults facing anxiety, relational difficulties, depression, dissociation and trauma symptoms shaped by traumatic life events. I specialise in working with relational difficulties, dissociation and trauma. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity and shared understanding, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique.
I work integratively and I specialise in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and EMDR. My aim is to create a safe space for healing and each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring that you feel heard and supported throughout our work together.
In addition to my clinical practice, I offer professional and clinical supervision as an accredited CAT supervisor, fostering growth and development in fellow practitioners.
Training, qualifications & experience
With over 15 years of experience in the NHS, I have dedicated my career to supporting adults with mental health difficulties. I am trained in trauma focused therapies (CAT, EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Level 1 and 2). I am registered with several professional bodies such as the HCPC, ACAT, EMDR UK and European Society of Trauma and Dissociation (ESTD UK). I specialize in addressing relationship issues, focusing on how we relate to ourselves and others. My work also encompasses complex trauma and dissociative experiences, recognizing the profound impact these challenges can have on an individual's well-being.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
