About me
I’m an experienced Clinical Psychologist (HCPC-registered) supporting adults, couples and families facing the effects of trauma and PTSD, anxiety and low mood, burnout and work stress, addictions, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
When life feels overwhelming or stuck, it helps to have someone alongside you who can sit with painful emotions and guide you through them safely. I integrate EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT and Family Therapy, tailoring our work to what you need at each stage to hep create meaningful and lasting change.
Therapy sessions with me focus on making sense of your experiences, healing the impact of the past, meeting your emotional needs, and building practical skills that support the life you want. Together, we’ll understand patterns in your life, process what’s been overwhelming, and strengthen the resources to help you move forward.
My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and welcoming of LGBTQ+ and culturally diverse clients.

- Postgraduate Certificate in Low-intensity Cognitive-behavioural therapy - University of Essex
- Bachelor of Psychology - Comenius University, Slovakia

Experience:
Throughout the last 15 years, I have worked across different mental health and addiction services, including NHS, third-sector organisations and private practice. I have worked professionally both in UK, and internationally.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
