About me
Welcome – You Don’t Have to Walk This Path Alone
If you’re here, it likely means you’ve been carrying something heavy for a while. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or simply stuck—wondering why life feels so hard.
Perhaps getting out of bed in the morning feels like a battle. Maybe it feels like you’re moving through life under a dark cloud, taking care of everyone else while neglecting your own well-being. You might sense that there’s a happier, more fulfilled version of yourself inside, but you’re unsure how to reconnect with her.
Whatever brought you here, I want you to know—you don’t have to carry this alone.
Your Journey Toward Inner Peace and Well-Being
Feel truly seen and understood—without judgment or criticism.
Identify and release old patterns that no longer serve you.
Reconnect with your inner strength and purpose.
Find balance between giving to others and honouring your own needs.
Heal emotional wounds from early life experiences through self-awareness and self-compassion.
A Warm Invitation to Begin
I offer a free 20-minute consultation, with no obligation. This is a space for us to connect, explore what’s bringing you here, and see if we’re the right fit.
At the moment, I work online, providing a safe space for deep, meaningful work.
As a NARM-informed Psychosynthesis Counsellor, I offer a holistic approach that honors both the depth of your past experiences and the potential for transformation.
NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) focuses on how early relational patterns and survival strategies continue to shape your life today. Instead of endlessly revisiting the past, NARM helps you gently explore and shift these patterns, empowering you to reconnect with your authentic self.
Psychosynthesis takes this healing further by acknowledging the wholeness of who you are—beyond just your struggles. It offers a path toward integrating your emotions, uncovering your deeper purpose, and stepping into a fuller, more authentic life.
Together, these approaches help you move from self-judgment to self-compassion, from survival to thriving.
I am a Qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) and I am fully trained Coach following ICF guidelines. Originally, I was trained as an educator and worked extensively with parents and children. In both roles I gathered deep knowledge in human development which supports me in being with you in different stages of your life. Throughout my professional experience I have helped many people improve their well-being, manage their emotions and, ultimately, and find increasing joy and happiness in their lives.
I look forward to our journey together where I walk alongside you and support you in connecting to your whole Self and finding a way through your challenges.
Warm Regards
Diana

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
