Welcome. With all the disruption and uncertainty in our world right now you may be feeling anxious, fearful or depressed and you may be looking for someone to talk to who can support you through emotional challenges within your life with kindness and compassion.
Are you going through a difficult time right now in your personal or professional life and your close relationships? Are you struggling with the circumstances you are finding yourself in right now? Is your current life affected by difficult experiences from the past?
I offer a safe and confidential space for you to tell your story, your fears and anxieties and explore ways to overcome any struggle or difficulties you might be experiencing at this moment. Sometimes it can make all the difference to talk to someone who understands and helps us make sense of what is troubling us. I will listen to you deeply and without judgement and support you to bring a new understanding of your concerns and finding a way to overcome symptoms and issues you are facing.
My approach is based on principles of psychosynthesis which addresses not only issues of childhood wounding and healing but also focuses on the potential we all have to live a fulfilling and wholehearted life.
At the moment, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, I am offering all sessions online.
I look forward to our journey together where I walk alongside you and support you in connecting to your whole Self and finding a way through your challenges.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
