About me

First Session £35

Sometimes life can be overwhelming, we can be dealing with something and you may just feel stuck and unable to break out of the cycle. You may need to talk to someone to help understand your thoughts and behavioral patterns and make lasting changes.

I head a team of counsellors and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT) across the UK offering various modalities of therapies to overcome depression, all anxiety disorders (social, health, PTSD, OCD), self-esteem, attachment relationship problems and many other difficulties.

You will be offered an initial call with me to talk through the difficulties and is an opportunity to decide if we are the right therapists for you. All our BACP registered therapists bring a variation of therapy skills and strategies to help you move forward specific to your needs. Call on 07786009240.

Having worked in the NHS and completing pre-operative cosmetic surgery assessments for surgery patients, I have over 8 years of experience with assessments and ensuring patients receive the best-tailored treatment.

Low-cost sessions are available.

At times, every one of us may face challenges and dilemmas. Reaching milestones in our lives and transition points can leave us confused or emotionally charged.

Counselling and CBT can help with a spectrum of difficulties from day-to-day worries, self-esteem and confidence a relationship breakdown, or psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.

It is only when we speak to someone unconnected from us that we hear our thoughts and how we are really feeling and can make the lasting changes.

We work with you to establish and help you achieve your goals at your own pace. We will offer you a safe space where you can be listened to and express your uncensored thoughts. Therapy can also help you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours and then work to break out of this vicious cycle.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
