About me
Hello,
I understand that it can be difficult to make contact with a counsellor, but after making that first step counselling can help you to explore issues you may be experiencing and find a way to get the most out of life. I offer a friendly, professional, safe, non-judgmental space to help with a variety of issues including Bereavement, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, relationships.
Counselling.
On your first session we will work together to find the approach that best suit you which can include using a variety of techniques including, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Person-Centered Counselling and or coaching; we can adapt the sessions to suit your individual needs.
I have previously worked for the NHS supporting staff at all levels and with a variety of issues, within a Hospice supporting bereaved families and a Higher Education College where I worked with students from 16 years upwards.
I can work with individuals and EAP's
Supervision.
I am an experienced Supervisor working with both students and qualified Counsellors. I offer an environment that is both supportive and challenging and gives a space to explore and grow your work.
Coaching.

I have worked as a coach for over 15 years and feel passionate about helping people to fulfill their potential and realise their ambitions and goals. We will work together to find the best approach for you and put in place actions to enable you to make the steps towards the changes you want to achieve both professionally or personally. .

Therapies offered
Fees
My rates are:-
Counselling/Coaching
£35 per hour for individuals
£55 per 1.5 hours for couples
However, a reduced fee for those experiencing financial difficulties may be arranged, please ask me.
Supervision
£25 per hour for students
£55 1.5 hours for Qualified counsellors.

I gained my counselling qualification in 2010 from Keele University with a MSc in Counselling Psychology and qualified as a supervisor in 2013 having studied at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy.
