Sessions are at your pace, they're confidential and there are many benefits of counselling such as :

- improved self esteem,
- better self understanding,
- management of emotions,
- healthier ways of thinking,
- increased sense of wellbeing,
- better relationships,
- Improved communication
- Improved sense of fulfillment and happiness
amongst many other things.

Counselling helps you to connect with who you are, learning about why you feel and behave the way you do.

I'm a fully qualified adult and child counsellor. I can help you to improve the quality of your life and mental health by providing a confidential space to explore any areas of difficulty and focus on changes you would like to make.

How you feel is an important part of your wellbeing.   Things we can't control happen at times and counselling can help you get through these times without carrying the difficult emotions with you through life.

Counselling can enable you to develop a clearer understanding of your concerns and develop new skills to better manage personal and emotional issues, which can improve both your emotional and physical health.

Being integrative I have experience and knowledge of many different modalities of counselling including CBT,  DBT, attachment theory, humanistic and others.

I'm passionate about mental health and committed to helping you improve yours. Through counselling I have helped many individuals, both adults and children, to improve their mental health and well-being and feel happier.

Please call me for a brief informal chat or to find out how counselling can help you or your child.
