About me
I’m an integrative therapist with a particular focus on anxiety, addiction and recovery. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they often understand but can’t seem to shift - whether that’s substances, behaviours, relationships, or ways of coping that once helped but no longer do.
My approach is relational and grounded. I’m interested in how your experiences have shaped you, how you learned to survive, and what’s getting in the way now. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you - it’s about understanding, making sense of things, and creating room for change at a pace that feels manageable.
I bring both professional training and lived experience into the work, which shapes how I understand addiction and recovery. Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on helping you feel more connected to yourself and your choices.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an NCPS-accredited integrative therapist and work within their ethical framework, with ongoing clinical supervision and regular CPD.
My training draws on integrative and psychodynamic (early experiences) thinking, with a strong trauma-informed influence. I have extensive experience working with addiction, emotional regulation, shame, and long-standing relational patterns.

Further information
People often come to therapy unsure of where to start, especially if they’ve had difficult experiences before, or if addiction has been part of their story for a long time. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan.
We’ll work at a pace that feels realistic, paying attention to what’s happening in the room as well as your wider life. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, depending on what you’re looking for.
Sessions are available face-to-face and online at weekends.
