About me

Ever felt that you have to pretend you are happy or that you feel so low you avoid others? Do you feel you have to keep smiling but inside you are sad, angry or numb? You may be struggling with anxiety or depression or something else that you feel stops you enjoying life? Or perhaps things are just not right but don’t know why or how to fix them.  It may be that something from your past that is troubling you or that you just need to talk about day to day issues such as feeling lonely, isolated or scared. You don’t have to go this alone. We can explore these matters in a safe, caring and non-judgemental environment. Our time together can be short or long term. I cannot promise you that everything will be okay or tell you what to do; but I will encourage and support you in better understanding your emotions, feelings and issues, and where possible work toward solutions. This can often be the first steps to a sense of well-being and purpose.
