About me
Ever felt that you have to pretend you are happy or that you feel so low you avoid others? Do you feel you have to keep smiling but inside you are sad, angry or numb? You may be struggling with anxiety or depression or something else that you feel stops you from enjoying life? Or perhaps things are just not right but you don’t know why or how to fix them. It may be that something from your past is troubling you or that you just need to talk about day to day issues, such as feeling lonely, isolated or scared. You don’t have to do this alone. You can explore these matters in a safe, caring and non-judgemental environment.
Our time together can be short or long term. I cannot promise you that everything will be okay or tell you what to do, but I will encourage and support you in better understanding your emotions, feelings and issues, and where possible work toward solutions. This can often be the first step to a sense of well-being and purpose.

Further information
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, which means I work in a number of ways. I tailor your sessions to meet your needs and issues. I offer a safe, caring and non-judgement space in which to explore your feelings, emotions and issues; and together we can work toward a better understanding of what may be troubling you. Please email me to book a free and informal introductory chat over the phone. The informal chat is not a counselling session but an opportunity for you to decide whether you would like us to work together, to see if we would be a good fit and that our schedules match.
