As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I work in a non-directive way and offer an empathic, non-judgement space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts and to work through any issues which are affecting your life.
I have gained further experience in solution focused counselling, this mean I am able to offer either long term open ended counselling as well as short term solution focused counselling.
I offer face-to-face counselling on Tuesday in South Manchester and also offer telephone and skype counselling.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation either face-to-face or over the phone, this time provides an opportunity to ensure we can work together.
My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, bereavement, work related stress and trauma. I have a particular interest working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence or sexual violence.
