About me
About
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (MA Cantab, MSc, DPsych, CPsychol) with nine years of clinical experience across NHS and private mental health settings. Alongside private practice, I work as a Senior Psychologist in an NHS inpatient eating disorders service and as a Visiting Lecturer at UCL and City St George’s.
My specialist background is in eating disorders, trauma and psychodermatology, alongside broader work with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, burnout and relationship difficulties.
I work with adults and adolescents aged 13+, in Chelsea, Fitzrovia and online.
My approach
I practice relational psychodynamic therapy, which explores the deeper patterns shaping how we relate to ourselves and others. It is less about a quick fix and more about meaningful, sustained change.
In my experience, the depth of this work can loosen the grip of unfulfilling patterns, allowing for greater choice, agency and the ability to move forward more freely.
Working with adolescents
I work with young people aged 13 and over. Therapy can be invaluable for navigating the complexities of adolescence, offering an opportunity to develop greater self-reflection, autonomy and a more grounded sense of self.
I do not believe in pathologising young people or attaching clinical labels prematurely, particularly before they have had the opportunity to explore and question their difficulties. I aim to offer a warm and encouraging space where young people are valued and taken seriously.
From the outset, I establish clear working arrangements with adolescents and their families around confidentiality, allowing young people to feel safe to explore freely while parents can feel confident that significant concerns will be handled sensitively and appropriately.
Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered in person at my consulting rooms in Chelsea or Fitzrovia, or online. We begin with an initial consultation to explore what has brought you to therapy and how we might work together. Sessions are then usually weekly, with regular reviews to ensure the work remains meaningful.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
