I offer both art therapy and traditional talking therapy/counselling in a calm, private space overlooking peaceful fields, a setting designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I work in a person-centred way, meaning that your unique experiences, feelings, and needs are always at the heart of our sessions. I am trained clinically and psychologically. I offer art and talking therapy. Art therapy is a gentle, healing process that reaches parts of ourselves words can’t, activating the brain’s natural pathways for emotional release, self-understanding, and growth.
The most rewarding part of my work is watching clients transform from anxious and unsure beginnings to confident, free, butterfly-like growth. In our sessions you will find, a safe, empathic and caring space to heal, explore, and reconnect with your true self.
