Experience
I have worked with both adults and young people, offering counselling in person, online and by phone.
My experience has been shaped by roles in a variety of community and charity settings, including Service Six, Pegasus and Lakeland’s Hospice. In these roles, I have supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, grief, chronic pain, relationship difficulties and the deep, long-lasting impact of trauma. I understand how trauma can affect every area of life and I strive to meet each person with empathy, respect and without judgment.
I’ve also worked with clients navigating issues such as perfectionism, procrastination, ADHD-related challenges and compulsive behaviours (including shopping addiction). Many people also come to therapy for self-development, identity exploration or support through significant life transitions and I welcome these reflective journeys too.
My approach is person-centred, flexible and holistic, always shaped by your unique needs, values and pace. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative and focused on what matters most to you.
