About us

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, anger or stress?

Maybe you’re dealing with ADHD, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from who you are. You might be used to holding things in, overthinking, or trying to cope on your own.

This is a calm, non judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. Together, we can begin to make sense of what’s going on and help you feel more balanced in your emotions, your choices, and your life.

How therapy works
I work in an integrative way, drawing from person centred, psychodynamic, CBT, somatic and existential therapy. This means our work is shaped around you, your pace, and what feels manageable right now.

In sessions, we might explore what’s behind overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, depression or anger, including experiences of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), where worry can feel persistent and difficult to manage. We can find ways to help you feel more steady and balanced day to day. The aim isn’t to control everything, but to feel more in control and able to manage your reactions without feeling taken over by them.

We can look at patterns that keep repeating and gently work towards changing them, so you can respond in ways that feel more considered rather than automatic.

We can also explore relationship challenges, including family issues, whether that’s with family, work or partners, and support you in building clearer boundaries and more confidence in how you show up. Therapy can also support you in building low self-confidence into a stronger and more stable sense of self.

If you have ADHD, we can focus on managing overwhelm, improving focus, and understanding your emotions in a way that feels realistic and supportive.

Over time, the aim is to help you feel more confident in yourself, more grounded, and clearer in your decisions.

Identity aware and culturally sensitive therapy

I offer a space that recognises how your identity and life experiences shape how you move through the world. This can include your race, culture, gender, sexuality, or family expectations.

You don’t need to explain or minimise these parts of yourself here. They are welcomed as part of the work, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or like you’ve had to adapt yourself in different spaces.

Getting started
I aim to offer a space that feels warm, inclusive and accessible.

An initial conversation is a chance for you to share a little about what’s been going on, get a feel for how the sessions work, and see if it feels right for you.

Feel free to book in your intro call or reach out today to begin your journey toward improved well-being.

Member organisations *

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
