About me

Every one of us has had times, when we need someone to support us. Counselling can provide that, whether your experiencing Anxiety, low mood, loss or just want to explore your own thoughts and feelings in a safe space where your real feelings won’t be judged or dismissed.

I use my skills and experience to help you connect to and understand the thoughts, behaviours and feeling that you’re having. To be someone beside you during turbulent times. To support you through the changes you might like to make or to help you accept the things you cannot change.

No matter how big or small you feel your need is, something has made you to seek support. I understand asking for help is not always easy, but you are in the right place. No worry is too big or too small, and you deserve to be supported.

I am passionate about providing you that support. I have been where you are, and have personally experienced the positive impact counselling can have on your life. This is what motivated me to train as a counsellor myself.

I offer person centred counselling and CBT online and over the telephone to clients from all areas of the UK.

I understand for therapy to be affective and really meet your needs, you need to find the right counsellor for you, so I offer a free no obligation 30min telephone consultation so you can learn how I work, explore what you want and need from therapy and to check if I am the right counsellor for you. Or you can book straight in for a full session knowing sessions are booked on a session by session basis and you are under no obligation to continue.
