About me

You might be feeling overwhelmed, lost, or quietly exhausted from carrying so much on your own. Perhaps you’ve spent years putting others first, holding everything together, or meeting expectations that no longer feel right — and somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with yourself.

If you often feel disconnected from what you want, unsure who you are anymore, or tired of pretending you’re coping, you’re not alone. Many people I work with come to therapy at a point where they know something needs to change, even if they don’t yet have the words for it.

Therapy with me offers a space where you don’t have to have answers, explain yourself perfectly, or protect anyone else’s feelings. You can speak freely, be honest, and take things at your own pace — without being judged, fixed, or rushed.

I work with adults who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, including those who are neurodivergent or questioning their identity. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what’s happening within you and reconnect with your own voice, needs, and values.

I’m an Accredited Counsellor and Trauma-Informed Practitioner, with additional training in CBT and hypnotherapy. These inform my work, but sessions are led by you and your lived experience. I work gently and collaboratively, focusing on understanding, self-compassion, and helping you move towards a life that feels more aligned and authentic.

I can’t promise to solve your problems, but I can offer a consistent, supportive space where you don’t have to face them alone.

I offer online and telephone counselling across the UK, along with a free 30-minute introductory call so you can ask questions and see whether we’re a good fit — with no pressure or obligation to continue.

If you have any questions or would like to book a session, please get in touch, the fastest way to contact me is via email. Alternatively please call and leave a message and I will get back to you outside of session hrs.
