Speaking with family or friends can sometimes be incredibly hard and uncomfortable, sometimes we don’t want to upset them. Often we don’t even know where to start.
I’m a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist and a Registered Member of BACP I work with the Mind Mental Health Charity,within NHS Settings, as well as Senior Counsellor at Yorks Counselling and I’m also a University Campus Counsellor.
I regularly work with adults and young people alike with all manner of issues ranging from Anxiety, Depression, Family/ Relationship & Work/Redundancy problems to Abuse and Identity issues. And Many More. I also work with people who are just maybe feeling lost and finding things difficult to cope with and don’t know why. I’m also a qualified Coach who can help you with making the right choices if you’ve become stuck in a rut with work or with life generally.
My private practice is within a confidential & professional setting (not my own home) in the market town of Snaith near Goole. Easily Accessible to M62/M18 & A1 Networks. Surrounding areas include Selby, York, Thorne, Doncaster, Knottingley, Pontefract, Goole & Howden. Day/Eve & Weekend appointments available.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at York st John University which is a leading University in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am Registered with The British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework & Code of Conduct.
