About me
Hi , I'm Corey, a very real and down to earth person, as well as an experienced Counsellor. Along with years of training, and many clinical hours, I have lived a full life. I know that people need to connect on a human level. So here you find no judgement, just a relaxed and safe space to work through whatever it is you need to. People frequently feed back to me that I am very easy to talk to and that they feel understood when they share with me.
Whether you need to work on change and strategy, or you want to simply talk things through, I can help. I work with individuals, couples, and young people aged 11 upwards. I have trained in a number of modalities which simply put, means that I can tailor my approach to you as an individual, rather than trying to make you fit a theory.
I work in a holistic and very real world way. I see a whole person and not just a set of presenting issues. We work together on mind, body and soul. We can explore practical strategies and techniques together which you can put to good use right now.
Counselling is about change. So if you are ready to make some changes and want to talk things through, you can book an intro call or email me to book a session.
I work with many issues but have a special interest in:
- ADHD
- Addiction (drugs, alcohol, gambling, food)
- Abusive relationship
- Anxiety
- Self esteem
- Self harm
- Childhood events
I also work a lot with depression, autism, bullying, pain management, parenting, menopause, and relationships.
I am registered with BUPA so if you have a policy which covers counselling, you can work with me as part of that package.
I look forward to meeting you
I NEVER ignore an inquiry. Frequently I do not get notifications, or emails go into spam. If you reach out and do not get a response, please feel free to send a follow up email or text.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
