About me
You don’t have to figure it all out alone ...
Do you find yourself overthinking, doubting your worth, or feeling like you’ve lost a sense of who you are? On the outside you may appear to be coping, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. You might be struggling with low confidence, burnout, or navigating a life change that has left you feeling uncertain or stuck. If this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to face it on your own. I offer online counselling across the UK, providing a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
How I Can Help
Many clients come to counselling feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves. Together, we work towards greater clarity, emotional balance, and self-confidence. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, or constant overthinking; low self-esteem or self-doubt; emotional overwhelm or burnout; difficulties in relationships or repeating patterns; feeling lost during life transitions; or loneliness and disconnection. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, divorce and separation, family conflict, and personal growth, and I also have a particular interest in midlife transitions, identity changes, and the emotional impact of menopause and perimenopause.
My Approach (Person-Centred Counselling)
I am a person-centred counsellor, which means I offer a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. I won’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I will listen with empathy and help you gain clarity, process emotions, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with warmth, honesty, and acceptance.
About Me
I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am fully insured and DBS checked, working in line with professional ethical standards.
Online Counselling Across the UK
I provide online therapy for adults across the UK, allowing you to access counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Online counselling offers flexibility and accessibility, making it easier to fit sessions around work, family, and daily life, and many clients find it easier to open up in their own familiar environment.
Sessions & Fees
Online counselling sessions are £50. I offer a free initial consultation (online or telephone), giving you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether I feel like the right fit for you, with no pressure to continue.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor now working in private practice, following time supporting clients through a mental health charity. My approach places your unique experiences at the heart of our work together. I believe in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
My counselling is tailored to your individual needs—whether you're navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma, or other personal challenges. Together, we can explore what you're going through, identify what feels most important to you, and move towards greater clarity and emotional wellbeing.
I offer both short-term and longer-term counselling, and our sessions can take place online, by phone, or in person (location-dependent).

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
