About me

Feeling down or stuck? Whether you have a specific problem and know what you want to work on, or are generally feeling down, talking things through can help. Together we can explore and help you overcome your challenges, and improve your well-being.

I’m a Humanistic Counsellor, and my approach is based on the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.  I offer a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges at your own pace.

I work with adults and have experience working with a wide range of issues and I offer support to adults with issues including stress, depression, anxiety, life difficulties, low self-esteem/confidence, chronic illness and LGBTQ+ issues.

If you want to book an appointment or have any questions, get in touch. I offer a free consultation where we can get to know each other, and to see if I’m the right counsellor for you and your needs.

I am currently training in Couples therapy, and can see couples for a reduced rate.
