About us
Connecting Minds are a collective of highly qualified and experienced psychological practitioners including Consultant Clinical and Counselling Psychologists and psychotherapists. We are dedicated to helping people of all ages improve their wellbeing.
We come from a diverse range of background professions and specialities and have all worked for a minimum of ten years within NHS statutory services. Through connecting with each other, pooling our expertise and resources we can better support your unique therapy journey. We pride ourselves on the ability to provide a range of services in a timely and compassionate manner.
We run a full Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT service) offering individual sessions plus group skills training online. DBT is aimed towards people who struggle to regulate emotions and maintain healthy relationships, including people diagnosed with BPD / EUPD. DBT is also recommended for people with neurodiversity needs. The group teaches skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. Life skills we believe can benefit anyone regardless!
Our therapists are based in the UK and in Jersey, Channel Islands and we can offer both online or in person therapy depending on your location and needs.
Therapy can be a transformative and empowering experience, and it can also be fun!

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
