About me
Do you think a warm, accepting and confidential space to talk through your concerns could help you? I am patient, non-judgemental and will work together with you to find long-lasting ways of making you feel better.
Perhaps you are particularly worried, are having a difficult time at work or are struggling in relationships. Maybe you feel low, anxious, or simply want to talk to someone impartial. Big life events can cause us to think deeply and act in surprising ways, and sometimes we need support with stress, bereavement or just not feeling like ourselves.
It’s normal to wonder whether your difficulties are ‘serious’ enough for psychotherapy or counselling. The way I see it, if you’re struggling, talking to a professional can usually help.
I am an Integrative psychotherapist working online and in person in Clapham Junction, London. 'Integrative' simply means I tailor how I work depending on the needs of each client, so your experience will be unique to you. In training and practice I have worked with a vast range of people with many different issues but I have a specific interest in anxiety and maternal mental wellbeing.
Please get in touch for a 15-minute chat to see how we can work together towards helping you feel better.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents University, London
- Certificate in Counselling Skills from psychotherapy training institution WPF
- BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter
- I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their ethical framework.
Alongside private practice, I work within the NHS, offering short term (12 week) therapy to patients on referral from GPs. Here, I see a diverse range of adults of every life stage, race and gender struggling with issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, bereavement, disordered eating, isolation, postnatal issues, dealing with big life changes and more.
I also work with open-ended therapy in a private counselling agency called Headstrong, where I see clients for longer and our work together goes deeper.
My previous experience also includes volunteering for a charity called Homestart which helps mothers who are struggling.
I come from a background in the marketing industry, where I worked for 12 years, and believe this allows me to bring an element of understanding of working in the corporate world.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
